Please note additional charges will apply for power connection, water supply, and larger booths. The base fee is required to be paid to ensure your booth is "locked in".

NOTE: Booth allocations for the Australian Sikh Games Melbourne 2026 are subject to availability and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of a completed application form and full payment. The event organizers reserve the right to approve or decline applications based on suitability, space limitations, and event requirements. Submission of this form does not guarantee booth allocation until confirmation is provided by the organizing committee.
